To ensure equal opportunities for all community members to attend classes, we uphold a strict 9-hour cancellation policy. Our classes are in high demand, and late cancellations or no-shows mean another community member misses out on the spot. Sticking to the policy helps keep things fair for everyone.

LATE CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS

Cancellations made less than 9 hours before class will incur a $10 late cancel fee.

No-shows will incur a $20 fee.

Our instructors show up for you, so please show up for them.

LATE ARRIVALS

We allow a 5-minute grace period.

If you arrive after that, you won't be able to join class and a no-shows fee will apply.

This is for your safety, to ensure you don't miss the warm-up, and to avoid disrupting the class in progress.

FEELING UNWELL?

We know that sometimes, rest is the best option. We will require a doctor's certificate to waive the late cancellation fee, should you do so within the 9-hour window.

PLAN AHEAD

Car trouble, traffic, or last minute meetings - we totally get that life happens. Unfortunately, we can’t waive fees for these, so planning ahead is key.
