At TEAM Pilates, we have two main class styles: FORM and FIT.
We also offer specialised classes including Jumpboard, Stretch, and FIT Advanced. Each style is designed to support your individual Pilates journey.
OUR CLASSES
TEAM FORM
Team FORM is our signature all-levels reformer class designed to condition your entire body in a low-impact environment.
With a focus on strength, mobility, and flexibility, this class flows through controlled sequences that lengthen and tone while building mindful awareness of movement.
Versatile and beginner-friendly doesn’t mean easy — everyone can find a challenge in every FORM flow. With layered options to suit your level, each class is designed to target the full body and help you move with control, intention, and strength.
Expect deep core engagement, smooth sequences, and a strong focus on technique.
For all levels - beginner friendly.

You want a balanced workout that strengthens and stretches

TEAM FIT
Not suitable for first timers.
If you're on Intro Offer, make sure you give a FIT class a go - you will love it.
Team FIT is a progressive strength focused class.
Designed to challenge you both physically and mentally. Using reformer springs, weighted props and other resistance tools, we strategically increase the load, range of motion (ROM), and control to build full body strength, power and resilience.
Your heart rate will be high as you move through complex, strength based sequences.
Every session is structured to push your personal limits with progressive overload techniques that develop muscular endurance, stability and long term performance.
Stay consistent and you'll feel stronger, more capable and mentally sharper each week.
We recommend to try a FIT class after 4-5 FORM classes. Ask an instructor for advice if unsure.
For intermediate/advanced clients.

You’re comfortable with reformer Pilates and ready to take it up a notch
You consistently use Level 2 springs in FORM and crave more resistance
You enjoy fast-paced, strength-based workouts with a cardio edge
You love a challenge and want to feel that post-class burn

Not suitable for first-timers — FORM is your best starting point
Expect to sweat, move fast, and lift heavier
Arrive hydrated and ready to push your limits (ps, bring a towel!)
TEAM JUMPBOARD
Jumpboard is where cardio meets control. This dynamic class uses the jumpboard attachment on the reformer to create a fun, low-impact, high-intensity experience. It challenges your coordination, agility, and power, all while staying easy on the joints. Expect heart-pumping sequences with a playful vibe.

TEAM STRETCH
Stretch is your deep release moment. This slow-paced class focuses on long, sustained stretches and breath-led movement to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and overall recovery. With minimal spring resistance, it’s all about letting go of tension and creating space in the body.
For all levels - beginner friendly.

FIT Advanced is our most intense offering—an elevated version of TEAM FIT that demands serious strength, stamina, and mental grit. You’ll face complex sequences, powerful resistance work, and advanced-level transitions. This class is designed for those who train regularly and want to take their Pilates performance to the next level.
For advanced clients.

You are confident taking level 2 or 3 spring options
You are eager to push your limits and want to enhance your performance in other classes

Wear fitted, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion, and grip socks are often required
Check in with your instructor and let them know you are ready to take things to the next level
